GRADING DISCLAIMER: Enamel pins handmade items, and therefore may not be 100% perfect. Please keep this in mind when making your purchase! Presale buyers are guaranteed highest possible grade pins.

Shipping

Please note that pre-order products will take anywhere from 3-6+ months depending on production. We will not be giving refunds, as pre-orders will be used to put these pins into production. By funding a pre-order, you accept that there will not be an immediate turnaround on these pins, but that you are automatically getting the best quality we will have to offer to these pins. 

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason please feel free to contact us. All exchanges and returns must be completed within 2 weeks of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of items. Consumer will be responsible for shipping costs. Preorder items are non refundable.

Items lost in transit after being turned over to the post office are not eligible for a refund. Any post office error must be handled by the consumer and  post office.
