Standard Grade A: There are no noticeable imperfections or they are only noticeable upon close inspection and in certain lighting conditions. Minor imperfections may include: Small marks on metal or enamel Minor scuffs on metal Small specs in enamel/minor glitter travel Minor epoxy imperfections Slightly uneven metal finish on sides/back
Minor Flaw Grade B: These pins may contain noticeable flaws that include but are not limited to: Under-filled enamel Tiny or non-essential sections of missing enamel Scuffs, minor scratching or minor chips on enamel or metal plating Small patches of discoloration or pieces of dust in the enamel Uneven finishes in the enamel (glossy vs. matte)
Major Flaw Grade C: These pins may contain more noticeable flaws that include but are not limited to: Flaws around faces or eyes Larger sections of missing enamel Scuffs, scratching or chips on enamel or metal plating Noticeable blemishes, scuffs, and enamel color bleed Feel free to DM for photos of C grade defects before ordering
Shipping:
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
Refunds and Exchanges:
If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason please feel free to contact us. All exchanges and returns must be completed within 2 weeks of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of items. Consumer will be responsible for shipping costs. Preorder items are non refundable.
